SYNTHESIS OF POLYMERS
PARAMETERS OF SYNTHESIS ON STRUCTURE AND PROPERTIES OF NEWEPDM GRADES (pp. . 3-7)
In this article showed, that the technology parameters optimization of synthesis EPDM (decreasing of polymerization temperature, using of high quality raw materials, using of deactivator of catalytic system) gave the opportunity to obtain new EPDM grades — EPDM 8505 and EPDM 5409, with controlled long chain branching, narrow molecular mass distribution, and with quality comparable with foreign analogs.

COPOLYMERIZATION OF MALEIC ANHYDRIDE AND METHYL METHACRYLATEIN THE PRESENCE OF 1,3,5-TRITHIANE (pp. 8-11)
It is determined that the copolymerization of maleic anhydride and methyl methacrylate carried out in the presence of 1,3,5-trithiane yields to copolymers with the more amount of the anhydride groups. The copolymerization constants were calculated, their values being more then 0. It is shown the copolymers with the amount of the maleic anhydride’ group to be equal from 10 to 40 per cent can be synthesized if the changing of the 1,3,5-trithiane or maleic anhydride concentration is made.

ABOUT EFFICIENCY REDUCE OFCOPOLYMER OF MALEIC ANHYDRIDE AND 1-HEXADECENE IN CIS-1,4-POLYBUTADIENEMODIFICATION (pp. 12-20)
The modification of cis-1,4-polybutadiene by (1-hexadecene–maleic anhydride) copolymer with various acid groups concentration was studied. It is shown that the decrease of copolymer’s modification ability while storage was caused by hydrolysis.

PREPARATION OF D-METALS AND COPOLY(STYRENE-ACRYLONITRILE-BUTADIENE) COMPLEXES (pp. 16-20)
The polymer complexes of d-metals and copoly(styrene-acrylonitrile-butadiene) were prepared. It’s established that the nitrile as well as phenyl groups of copolymer take part in the complex formation. The π-electrons of unsaturated bonds from butadiene involved in complexation in the case of Fe(III) salt. The functional groups of different macromolecules are in the complexes.

INFLUENCE OF MODIFICATION BY LOW-TEMPERATURE PLASMA OF UNSATURATEDRUBBERS ON THEIR ADHESION PROPERTIES (pp. 34-36)
A change in the contact properties of the surface of unsaturated rubbers by treatment of the samples in dc discharge has been studied. The values of contact angles of wettability, the work of adhesion and the total surface energy and its polar and dispersion components were determined using a goniometric method. The structure of film surface has been investigated by Fourier-IR-spectroscopy.

ABOUT THE PROPERTIESOF ELASTOMERIC COMPOSITIONS FILLEDBY ROSIL-175 (pp. 37-39)
The composition in which rubber silicon dioxide rosil-175, modified with lactol is good dispersed, is investigated. Possibility of reduction of an abrasive run-out of rubbers is shown. It is revealed that during vulcanization particles of silicon dioxide appear unbonded with chemical bonds with rubber macromolecules.

RESEARCH OF PHYSICAL AND MECHANICALPROPERTIES OF PVC-COMPOSITIONS (pp. 40-45)
Results of research of physical and mechanical properties of PVC-compositions and results of tests of oxyalkylated alcohol phthalates of plasticizing properties in composition of cable plastic compound, a tape sticky and multilayered linoleum. It is shown, that the received samples of PVC of materials on the basic parameters meet requirements operating standards: cable plastic compound — GOST 5960-72 from amendment 1-9; a tape of PVC sticky — Technical Conditions — 2245-001-00203312-2003; multilayered linoleum — GOST 7251-77.
